TCS Monopolized Night Law School Market, Suit Says

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 3:32 PM EDT) -- A California night law school has accused TCS Education System of attempted monopolization, claiming it poached confidential information during an acquisition bid while pursuing a deal with the school's longtime rival in violation of the terms of a nondisclosure agreement.
