DOJ Deal Leaves 'No-Cold Call' Pacts Down, Not Out

Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 3:10 PM EST) -- Agreements between companies not to poach each other’s employees won’t be strictly off-limits in the aftermath of a recent antitrust settlement between the U.S. Department of Justice and six high-tech companies, but their pro-competitive goals will have to be well documented, attorneys say.
