Mattel Wins Bid To Compel Docs In Bratz Battle

Law360, New York (October 29, 2010, 2:22 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing the long-running intellectual property battle over Bratz dolls has ordered MGA Entertainment Inc. to turn over certain documents related to the alleged efforts of the company and its foreign associates to gain access to Mattel Inc.'s showrooms.
