Law360, New York (March 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied a bid by India’s largest conglomerate to dismiss a class action in the United States that accuses the company of requiring all of its non-U.S.-citizen employees to endorse and sign over their federal and state tax refund checks.
