Business Group Rates Congress On Contracting Bills

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 2:00 PM EDT) -- A group of trade associations, businesses, think tanks and other organizations has published a scorecard rating how members of Congress voted on key legislation affecting government contracting.

The group, called the Business Coalition for Fair Competition, gave members of the U.S. House and Senate scores based on whether they voted for legislation in accordance with the BCFC's recommendations, it said in announcing the scorecard on Thursday.
