Teamsters Lose Appeal Over Anheuser-Busch Pension

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 2:09 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has rejected a bid by an Anheuser-Busch Inc. employee and a Teamsters union to force the beer giant to arbitrate a pension grievance, saying the employee had no power to do so under a collective bargaining agreement.
