Most Claims OK'd In Edge Construction's Contract Suit

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed most of Edge Construction Co. Inc.'s claims in its suit accusing the U.S. government of improperly terminating its contract for an $8.7 million cemetery construction project.

Judge Edward J. Damich issued his opinion and order Friday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, granting the government summary judgment on four of Edge's claims but allowing the remaining six claims to proceed.
