Microsoft Hit With Trademark Suit Over Xbox Kinect

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 3:44 PM EDT) -- The maker of a wristband that purports to improve the strength of athletes by using holograms to respond to the body's “natural energy field” has accused Microsoft Corp. of infringing its trademark by selling a similar-looking wristband with its upcoming Xbox 360 Kinect video game system.
