Calif. Appeals Court Tosses Prison Guards’ OT Claim

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 1:57 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court has tossed a claim from the state’s prison workers union that its members have been forced to put in unpaid overtime for the past three years while they’ve been working under a state-imposed provisional contract.
