Securities Markets At Stake In Enron Suit: Investors

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 5:52 PM EDT) -- Funds that invested in commercial paper redeemed by Enron Corp. warned a federal appeals court Wednesday that a ruling forcing them to return the payments to a creditors recovery body for the defunct energy firm could throw a wrench into securities markets.
