Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 7:31 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing the public corruption trial of ex-lobbyist Kevin Ring has shot down a bid by prosecutors to introduce statements Ring made when he was still in talks with the government in 2006 and 2007 before he was indicted.
