Judge Holds Firm On Ark. Power Plant Injunction

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 12:30 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to grant Southwestern Electric Power Co. a stay of a preliminary injunction blocking construction at part of a controversial coal-fired power plant in Arkansas because of alleged environmental impacts.
