Argentina Asks US Supreme Court To Protect Assets

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 7:11 PM EDT) -- Argentina is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to resolve a circuit split and decide whether a pair of vulture fund creditors has the right to seize the assets of an Argentine trust fund as part of its recovery on hundreds of millions of dollars in defaulted bonds.
