Alcopop Ban Shows FDA Willing To Flex Muscles

Law360, New York (November 23, 2010, 6:42 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration's use of warning letters to effectively ban caffeinated booze should serve as a wake-up call to food and beverage companies that the agency plans to come down hard and swiftly in response to consumer calls for action, attorneys say.
