Tronox Strikes Truce With Equity Committee

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 5:13 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt titanium dioxide maker Tronox Inc. has inked a settlement deal with its official committee of equity holders, the company said Wednesday after cinching the committee members' support for its reorganization plan by agreeing to hand them a bigger stake in the reorganized company.
