BofA Sues Old Republic For Denying Mortgage Claims

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Bank of America NA has sued its mortgage insurer, Old Republic Insurance Co., alleging that it is turning down hundreds of millions of dollars in valid mortgage insurance claims.
