NY State Workers Sue To Recover Salary Increases

Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 5:35 PM EDT) -- Upper-level New York state employees have accused the state’s government of trampling their constitutionally guaranteed due process and equal protection rights by denying them salary increases, bonuses and other benefits while granting them to other employees in similar positions.
