ICE Portal Ends Travel Content Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 12:46 PM EDT) -- Online travel content provider ICE Portal Inc. has settled a suit against VFM Leonardo Inc. that accused the rival company of restricting competition by setting up illegal tying agreements and buying up a third competitor.

Judge Cecilia Altonaga of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Wednesday granted ICE Portal’s agreed bid to dismiss all claims with prejudice after the parties entered into a confidential settlement during mediation of the dispute.
