American Eagle, Payless Resolve Trademark Dispute

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 4:03 PM EDT) -- American Eagle Outfitters Inc. has agreed to allow Payless ShoeSource Inc. to resume the sale of its shoes and bags as part of the settlement of a trademark infringement suit claiming that Payless' sale of the line confused buyers and tarnished the American Eagle brand.
