Morgan Stanley Reaches Deal With Female Execs

Law360, New York (March 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After months of settlement negotiations, Morgan Stanley will bury the hatchet with six former brokers who accused the financial giant of discriminating against them and thousands of female financial advisers with respect to compensation and promotion.

The proposed settlement was revealed in a joint status report filed on Feb. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia but made public on Friday.
