Law360, New York (November 8, 2010, 1:56 PM EST) -- A federal judge has reinstated 33 opt-in participants in a wage-and-hour collective action against the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center because their names weren't in the court filing the judge relied on when she first ruled on the participants last month.
Magistrate Judge Cathy Bissoon on Thursday granted the plaintiffs' motion for reconsideration, filed on Nov. 2 by Jared K. Cook of Thomas & Solomon LLP, which represents the plaintiffs.
