Crowell Sues St. Paul, Others For Well Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 1:34 PM EDT) -- St. Paul Surplus Lines Insurance Co. has removed to federal court a suit brought by Crowell Land & Mineral Corp. against the insurer, Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency Inc. and Anadarko Petroleum Corp. over cleanup costs for arsenic and possible salt water contamination at two oil and gas well sites in Louisiana.
