Arnzen Molloy Can Stay On Harassment Indemnity Suit

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 6:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied an insurer's motion to disqualify Arnzen Molloy & Storm PSC as counsel to Commonwealth Orthopaedic Center PSC in a lawsuit seeking indemnity for sex harassment claims by the company's workers, overruling the insurer's argument that lawyers from the firm would have to testify in the suit and would breach Kentucky ethics rules by staying on the case.
