Heating Co. Exec Pleads Guilty In Ohio Corruption Case

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 6:23 PM EDT) -- An Ohio businessman indicted in a September corruption roundup that snared several political figures for widespread graft that included cash, trips and county contracts has pled guilty to two previous charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and two new charges of conspiring to commit bribery.
