Insurers Want Court To Ax Orleans Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (November 8, 2010, 1:39 PM EST) -- Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. and several other insurers have asked a federal judge to strike down a proposed reorganization plan for Orleans Homebuilders Inc., saying the company did not identify how it will cover its share of maintenance on public infrastructure at future real estate developments.

Liberty, along with Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. of America, Zurich American Insurance Co. and XL Specialty Insurance Co., filed their objections Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
