AUO Wants More Details On DOJ's Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (November 8, 2010, 4:01 PM EST) -- AU Optronics Corp., a company charged with participating in a $500 million price-fixing scheme in the thin film transistor liquid crystal display panel market, has asked a federal judge to order the government to file a bill of particulars outlining the details of the criminal case against the company.
