Seventh Circuit Remands WARN Act Case

Law360 (March 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appellate court on Thursday said terminated employees of a closed Meridian Rail Corp. plant could seek remedies under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, reversing the decision of the district court.
