Ex-Fidelis Owners Barred From Soliciting In 11 States

Law360, New York (November 8, 2010, 7:16 PM EST) -- The former owners of defunct car warranty dealer U.S. Fidelis Inc. on Monday agreed to refrain from selling auto service contracts in 11 states and to turn over nearly all of their assets as part of the settlement of claims that they misled consumers through the use of deceptive marketing practices.
