Pillsbury Winthrop Hires Mintz Levin IP Co-Chair

Law360, New York (September 1, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pillsbury Winthrop has hired the co-chair of Mintz Levin’s intellectual property practice, James Gatto, and his team of eight attorneys for its Northern Virginia office.

Gatto and partner Rick Toering will lead a team of three associates, two patent law clerks and a patent specialist.

The group has a broad-based IP and technology practice including patent, trade mark and trade secret litigation.
