E-Pass Malpractice Suit V. Squire Sanders Revived

Law360, New York (November 9, 2010, 3:52 PM EST) -- A California appeals court has revived E-Pass Technologies Inc.’s malpractice suit against former counsel Moses & Singer LLP and Squire Sanders & Dempsey LLP, saying a lower court wrongly determined that the case over the firms’ failed smart card patent litigation belonged in federal court.
