Scholastic Book Clubs Hit With OT Collective Suit

Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 2:45 PM EST) -- A former customer service representative has slapped Scholastic Book Clubs Inc. with a proposed collective action accusing the children's book publisher unit of failing to pay overtime wages to her and other employees at Scholastic call centers.
