Wis. Court Lets Sentry Off Hook For Pond Cleanup

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 1:50 PM EST) -- A Wisconsin appeals court has shot down Brunswick Corp.'s challenge of a lower court ruling that Sentry Insurance does not owe the boat and sporting equipment manufacturer coverage for the cleanup of environmental contamination at a local pond.
