Air Products Says Airgas Talks Were In Bad Faith

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 5:11 PM EST) -- Air Products and Chemicals Inc. has turned up the heat in its $5.5 billion hostile bid for rival Airgas Inc., accusing Airgas of using a recent meeting to provide ammunition for a related court case rather than engage in good-faith negotiation.
