WTO To Air Boeing, Airbus Hearing

Law360, New York (March 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The general public will have the opportunity to take a closer look at the long-running battle between the European Union and the United States over aircraft subsidies when the World Trade Organization airs a hearing on the matter.

The hearing, which was held on Tuesday, will be broadcast via closed-circuit transmission on Thursday, although WTO officials have said that all confidential information will be censored before the airing.
