Turkey Processors Win Conditional Cert. In FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 5:03 PM EST) -- A federal judge has conditionally certified a class in a collective action brought by production line workers at a turkey processing plant in North Carolina who allege Prestage Foods Inc. failed to pay them for donning, doffing and other work-related activities.
