US Loses 2nd Bid To Toss Camp Lejeune Water Suit

Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 5:20 PM EST) -- The U.S. government has again failed to win dismissal of a lawsuit alleging that residents of Camp Lejeune in North Carolina suffered cancer, birth defects and a slew of other health problems from exposure to dangerous contaminants in the military base's water supply.
