Lunch Meat Workers Hit Kraft With New Don, Doff Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 1:54 PM EST) -- Kraft Foods Global Inc. has been hit with a donning and doffing class action by workers at a lunch meat facility in Iowa, on the heels of the company's settlement in a similar case brought by employees at a Missouri hot dog plant.
