Former Scranton Housing Chief To Plead Guilty

Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 5:44 PM EST) -- The former head of Pennsylvania’s Scranton Housing Authority has agreed to plead guilty to making a false statement to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in an alleged attempt to conceal the illegal funding of a housing development.
