Trustee Seeks Ch. 7 Conversion For Radnor

Law360, New York (March 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee overseeing Radnor Holdings Corp.'s Chapter 11 proceedings has renewed her calls to have the bankrupt foam cup maker’s case converted to Chapter 7, arguing the move would be more affordable for the company and in the best interests of creditors.
