Stryker Can't Nix USPTO Ruling In Bone Screw IP Row

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 4:33 PM EST) -- A federal judge has struck down Stryker Spine's challenge to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's refusal to separately define two allegedly distinct inventions claimed in its patent for spinal fixation devices during its interference proceeding with a German rival.
