Google Wins Dismissal In Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (March 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Web site operator’s antitrust lawsuit against Google Inc. has been dismissed by a federal judge for a second time, clearing Google's method for ranking Web sites when they come up in search results.

The decision was a final slap in the face to LLC, an online directory of links to child care products and services that sued Google in March 2006 for allegedly stifling its business by giving its Web site a ranking of zero.
