Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 3:04 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered the U.S. attorney in Kansas to respond to the former executive vice president of Westar Energy Inc.'s request that the government expunge all records of his arrest because fraud claims against him were dismissed.
