9th Circ. Upholds Dismissal Of Oracle Securities Suit

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 6:21 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday upheld the dismissal of a suit alleging Oracle Corp. and its executives lied to investors about the software giant’s financial performance in 2001, saying the company’s missed earnings forecast was likely the result of the bursting of the dot-com bubble rather than the alleged fraud.
