Chinese IPO Boom Spurs Securities Litigation Wave

Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 7:24 PM EST) -- Chinese companies listing in the U.S. are facing a wave of securities class actions as investors question the companies' financial statements and their preferred method of coming to market, with attorneys saying the boom will continue unless the companies adapt to American disclosure standards.
