GOP Defection Endangers US, Russia Arms Treaty

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 2:39 PM EST) -- A leading Republican Senate voice on the new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty with Russia has told the Obama administration it would be unwise to bring the treaty up for a vote during the current lame-duck session, possibly dooming the treaty’s chances of speedy passage.
