After Toshiba Deal, Hynix Strikes Pact With Sandisk

Law360, New York (March 21, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Just a day after ending its patent feud with Toshiba Corp., Hynix Semiconductor has struck another cross licensing and product supply deal—this time with U.S.-based Sandisk Corp.

The two companies said they are planning a joint venture to develop and make flash memories and NAND memory systems based on four bit per cell (x4) flash technology.
