Mobile Medical Loses Fight For Veterans Hospital Job

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 2:32 PM EST) -- A federal judge has cut down Mobile Medical International Corp.’s allegations that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs improperly awarded a contract for several medical trailers and disseminated Mobile Medical’s trade secrets to its competitors.

In a ruling released Tuesday, Judge Marian Blank Horn of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims dismissed Mobile Medical's bid protest, finding that the plaintiff failed to demonstrate it had a high likelihood of winning the contract if it weren't for the agency’s alleged prejudice.
