Tronox Wins Judge's Blessing For Restructuring Plan

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 6:29 PM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge conditionally approved pigment maker Tronox Inc.'s reorganization plan Wednesday after the company put to rest objections from naysayers including two insurers and Anadarko Petroleum Corp.

Judge Allan L. Gropper gave his blessing to the restructuring plan in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York following a day of proceedings and flurried negotiations.
