DOC Finalizes Duties On Chinese, Indonesian Paper

Law360, New York (November 17, 2010, 7:23 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday finalized anti-dumping and countervailing duties on certain types of coated paper from China and Indonesia, tweaking some of its initial duty determinations that had included calculation errors.

In notices published in the Federal Register, Commerce issued its final numbers, assigning most of the Chinese paper companies that responded to the investigation a final dumping rate of 7.62 percent and a countervailing duty rate of 19.46 percent.
