Project Threatens Kangaroo Rat, Green Groups Say

Law360, New York (November 19, 2010, 1:12 PM EST) -- Three conservation groups have warned the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service that they plan to file suit over the agencies’ approval of a major water development project in Southern California that allegedly could put the endangered San Bernardino kangaroo rat at risk.
